Who We Are
Isa Wurie, Founder
My career has been eclectic! I’m a Career Coach as well as an Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Consultant, who has also been an enterprise sales Account Director, recruitment agency Managing Director, Global Chair of an Employee Resource Group, School PTA Chair (never me again!)... and a Mum. (I’ve definitely skipped a few roles here!).
And now as Founder of The Black Network, I’m excited to bring all the knowledge, experience, and connections I’ve gained over the years, together under one brand that is unapologetically Black and built with pride. And I get to and do what I’m truly passionate about - helping the Black community to find clarity, empowerment, and success - whatever that means for you - on your own terms.
The Black Network is an online platform providing personal and professional development content, courses, and coaching tailored to Black individuals and communities.
